Complete, reinforced gearbox v.2 with microswitch (front wiring)

A complete, reinforced v.2 gearbox dedicated for M4/M16 type replicas. It is an ideal solution for people who want to buy a good quality gearbox at a reasonable price. The frame has been adapted to 8mm plain bearings, and thanks to the structure reinforced in critical places, stronger springs can also be used in it. The gearbox has a quick spring replacement system compatible with Speca Arms CORE and ONE series replicas.

The Enter & Convert™ system allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica’s power to the conditions expected on the airsoft battlefield, without having to disassemble the entire gearbox, and thus having access to a workshop or a number of specialized tools. After removing the gearbox from the replica’s body, the replacement process itself takes literally a few seconds – the spring with the guide is pulled out through the hole in the back wall of the frame.

Inside there are, among others: reinforced steel gears 18;1, m110 spring, lightweight polymer piston with a steel last tooth, polymer sealed piston head, cylinder head with soft dumper, type 0 aluminum cylinder, polymer nozzle and spring guide. The mentioned configuration, depending on the replica, generates an average muzzle velocity in the range of 400-420 FPS.

The characteristic feature of this frame is the adaptation to the micro-contact included in the set instead of the classic short-circuited plates, thanks to which the reaction to the trigger is significantly improved and the life of the LiPo batteries is improved.
