This
BR47 carbine replica from Taiwanese BOLT Airsoft company is
indisputably a huge step in AEG replicas evolution. Thanks to use of
innovative solutions it became possible to apply experiences from GBB
replicas to AEG type replica – long story short, BOLT Airsoft made
carbine replica that really “kicks” like it should.

So
much for the internal innovations, the first thing to catch eye is
the significant external modification. Classic receiver and magazine
well design was modified in the way to accommodate AK type magazines.
The BR47 is a unique hybrid that can”t be overlooked easily. The
replica can use AK type magazines. The set includes steel hi-cap
magazine.

The
replica was made from top quality materials with highest attention to
details. All metal elements were made from T6 aluminum alloy, which
is characterized by very high resistance, close to some steel alloys.
This features were achieved thanks to supersaturation and aging of
the materials. What is worth mentioning is that T6 aluminum alloy
corrodes only when in contact with strong acids – it provides high
resistance to weather conditions of the airsoft battlefield. In
addition to that, some elements were made from steel – these
include flash hider, magazine and stock mounting ring.

The
parts fitting is flawless. There is no characteristic for other, even
renowned brands replicas, leeway between upper and lower receiver. An
interesting feature is that the replica has few-tone paint job.
Instead of well know deep black color, this replica is done in few
shades of black and silver color of the barrel and few other small
elements. It brings the look of replica closer to original, making it
more realistic. The effect is even better thanks to use of special
paint, making the surface look a little grainy.

The
replica is equipped with multi-position, telescopic SF type stock – with
thick rubber pad. On top of the receiver as well on the 4 sides of
the front guard the 22mm RIS mounting rails are located for various
additional accessories.

When
it comes to internals, the fact that those used come from other
renowned Taiwanese manufacturer, the LCT, is to be strongly marked.
The LCT products are known for their durability and reliability,
which guarantees long and problem free exploitation of the system.
The gearbox has metal cylinder and piston heads and air-tightened
muzzle. The whole system works great with M120 non-equidistant main
spring.

The
greatest feature of the replica is the recoil and bolt kick
simulation system. It is composed from two separate elements:
standard bolt imitation mechanism, known from most EBB replicas and
additional system mounted inside of the stock pipe. This system
consists of spring, inertia module and element moving energy from the
piston to the inertia module. Experiences offered by this system are
incomparable with anything offered by other mass produced AEG
replicas.

Worthy
of mentioning is also fact that despite design differences forced by
the use of Blow Back system, the replica is in most part compatible
with the TM v.2 standard. The one significant difference is only
piston with characteristic cut. It is equipped with metal teeth which
guarantees its durability. Other gearbox elements compatibility
guarantees easy tuning as well as access to aftermarket spare parts
if need be. In addition to this the replica is equipped with hop-up
chamber of the new type and precision inner barrel.
