How long does it take to process an order? 

Usually, order processing time takes up to 3-5 working days. 

How long does it take to ship the item? 

• EU package delivery timelines – up to 10 working days. 

• Other regions package delivery timelines – up to 20 working days.

Shipping timelines are subject to change if package delivery is affected by circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, pandemics, holidays, weather, etc.). While most of the packages will arrive on time, there might be a rare occasion when package delivery could be delayed.

Shipping cost to Lithuania – 4.89€ + VAT. 
Free shipping to Lithuania when buying for more than 300 €.

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Yes, we do provide a tracking number for each order placed. You will receive an email containing the tracking number once your order will be shipped. You can also locate your order status and tracking number via your Softarms store profile – please log in with your account here

I have entered incorrect address! 

If you have misspelled or auto-filled incorrect address promptly reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information or notify us via email at info@softarms.store. We can make a correction within 12 hours post order placement. 

My item arrived damaged! 

All orders are firmly packaged with added padding. However, there might be rare occasions that an item arrived damaged due to courier mistreatment. Please contact us at info@softarms.store with your order number, picture of damaged product, package, and describe a situation in detail. We will kindly help to resolve the situation. 

How can I return a product? 

Each of our customers has the right to return any purchased product within 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel. Contact us via email: info@softarms.store
