CM040L Assault Rifle Replica

A group of replicas by CM based on Russian assault rifles has just been joined by a new line – modified by a range of “tactical” accessories, increasing ergonomics and the ability to configure this classic and legendary construction.

The replica is very well put together, lacks any loose places, the entirety has been carefully finished in black, matt colour. It was built from steel, aluminum, an alloy of zinc and aluminum as well as polymer. Steel parts include: the body, stock with the latch, dust cover, trigger guard and winged fire mode selector. The front set of RIS rails was made from aluminum, the pistol grip on the other hand was made from polymer.

The replica has a frame stock, foldable to the side. Instead of the traditional cradle, a full conversion with 22mm RIS rails has been implemented, which allows for attachment of additional accessories. Moreover, on the left side of the body is placed a side dovetail mounting rail, which allows for mounting of dedicated optical sights, or additional RIS rails. On the right side is a characteristic for AK replicas winged fire mode selector/safety.

Dismantling of the replica and mounting of additional accessories is simplified by the construction based on pins and levers – like in the original, live firearm and other AK type replicas in a popular VFC standard. The outer barrel has a 14mm left-hand thread finish, on which is mounted a flash hider. The battery is stored beneath the dust cover (included in the set).

The replica is powered by a reliable and seamless in case of possible tuning gearbox V.3 with reinforced skeleton. Inside is located, among others, a set of steel gears, steel 7mm slide bearings, reinforced piston and spring slide.

The replica comes with a polymer, hi-cap magazine with a capacity of up to 500 BBs.
