CZ Scorpion EVO
3 A1 is a phenomenon on the airsoft market – the first replica to be entirely designed
and manufactured in Europe, by a Danish company – Action Sport Games DK. Thanks to a license
granted by Česká zbrojovka
a.s., the manufacturer of the
live firearm original, we can feast our eyes with original
markings and naming. The replica was reproduced in
detail in 1:1 scale – both the dimensions and the weight were brought as close
as possible to that of the original. 

The replica
was made of materials very similar to those used in the original. The receiver
with the stock and the handguard were made of durable polymer, reinforced
with fiberglass. The internal barrel was made of a
single piece of aluminum using precise CNC machines, just like
the integrated silencer and barrel nut. The aforementioned markings, identical
to those of the original, are pleasant to the eye – CZ logo, caliber
designation, manufacturer, serial number. Every detail has been taken care of.

The replica
is equipped with a long, top rail and M-Lok mounting
system on the handguard. Thanks to them, it is possible to attach a wide
array of additional accessories to the replica. The safety/fire mode selector
is double-sided, while the charging handle can be easily put from one
side to the other in a manner of seconds, which makes the replica comfortable
and easy to use also by left-handed users. The stock features an
anti-slip stock pad and can be put to the side of the receiver. It also
features 3 settings of length adjustment. In order to gain access to the
Hop-Up chamber, it is necessary to pull back the charging handle and lock it in
the rear position. A noteworthy detail is an operational Bolt Catch
mechanism. The battery of the replica is stored inside the handguard. 

What is
inside Scorpion EVO? The heart of the replica consists of a specially
designed, efficient gearbox enclosed in aluminum CNC gearbox frame.
The gearbox features, e.g. a set of MIM steel gears and 8 mm bearings.
The gearbox’s operation is controlled by an electronic system that
allows firing in 3-round bursts,
looks after the lifetime of the gearbox by stopping its work once the last BB
has been fired, detects mechanism malfunctions and a low battery charge
level. Quick spring exchange system allows for the adjustment of
the muzzle velocity of the replica, even in the middle of a battleground – the
guide with the spring can be removed via the back of the receiver (once the
stock has been folded), without having to take out the entire gearbox. The
replica is propelled by ULTIMATE motor.

Furthermore,
the replica features a precision internal barrel with a diameter of 6.03
mm.

The set
includes a polymer Low-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 75 BBs.
