Reinforced piston for manual SVD – Gen. 3

We present the second generation of reinforced piston for manual SVD brands A & K or ACM . It is evident that the body and the steel ring remained unchanged. We are staisfed of the ring material and it can work even on the strongest springs .

However, innovation can be found in the front of the piston:

The head is made ??of aluminum with reinforced front. 
It is also equiped with a rubber stopper. The impact of shooting is so subdued and saves the internal parts. 
The sealing ring is unusually large and touches the cylinder on larger surface. 
Inside the piston there is ball bearing, which facilitates rotation of the spring.

Gen.3 features:

Front head has 8 air holes. Pressed air increase o-ring size and improove sealing.
Deeper groove under standard dimension o-ring.

Package include POM spring washer. Inserted into the piston tensile spring and increase FPS. It also  eliminate the loss of different depth of the piston with respect to the basic manufacturer of pistons. This ring can be used up to M170 springs.
