They successfully operate on the airsoft market, offering internal parts, tuning kits and many more. The presented spring rifle replica is Modify’s debut in the field of airsoft replica production. However, we can be calm about the effect of their work: the MOD24 replica can be safely placed on one of the highest shelves of spring-powered replicas.

MOD24 comes to us in two elements – it is a handguard and a barrel with the entire mechanism. Putting them together takes literally a few seconds. They fit perfectly, and for their stable and secure connection we only need two screws and an Allen key (included in the set).

The bed was made really well. High-quality, reinforced polymer material in an elegant, matt olive color. The stock is finished with a solid, thick rubber foot, covered with an anti-slip texture and decorated with the Modify logo. The foot is mounted on a metal, telescopic guide. The length of the stock can therefore be smoothly adjusted to match the build and personal preferences of the shooter. The handguard also has two metal holders for attaching a belt / tactical sling, as well as an element for mounting a bipod.

The second element consists of a barrel with a slide and a trigger assembly. All these parts are made of metal, the one-piece outer barrel makes a really massive impression. The lock is equipped with a classic shape, a comfortable charging handle. Despite the relatively strong spring used in the replica at the factory, reloading is not problematic. The mechanism itself, thanks to the good fit, moves smoothly and very efficiently.

Inside you will find a 485mm long internal precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03mm and a spring mechanism based on a cylinder made of steel and a set of reinforced metal internal parts. We can be sure of the highest quality of the parts used – after all, it’s Modify.

The USR150 version is a reinforced version with an M150 spring applied providing a muzzle velocity of ~ 490FPS.

Right next to the grip there is a trigger lock lever that can be operated with your thumb. The body of the replica has a universal 22mm RIS mounting rail made of metal, thanks to which we can equip the rifle with all types of optical sights. The hop-up system is adjusted with a lever placed on the outer barrel. The trigger of the replica is also adjustable.

A big curiosity is the attached LED module, mounted in the magazine of the replica. By using special, luminous tracer balls, which are illuminated by a diode, we obtain an extremely attractive tracer projectile effect. It will certainly diversify every night game, and also improve the accuracy of the shots. Its installation in the magazine is clearly presented in the instructions, which can be found in the box – to dismantle the magazine, it is enough to knock out two fixing pins. The set also includes LR41 batteries for powering the module.

The magazine itself is made of green plastic – it is translucent, which makes it easier to control the condition of the BBs loaded into it (capacity is 30 items).

The replica is compatible with APS2 standard tuning parts.
