The Continental 1-10 x 28 FFP comes with high-quality lens optics by LaREE and VePRO with FMC surface coating, allowing an impressive 93procent light transmission. This makes it ideal for situations with reduced visibility.
The reticle with ED FIBER illuminated point in 11 intensity levels in red provides quick magnification change up to 10x. Powered by a CR2032 battery (not included). It belongs to the premium X10 series, competing with optics from renowned global brands like Vortex Razor and more. It won’t fog up, and you won’t squint thanks to a 9.3 cm eye relief and Edge to Edge processing, eliminating internal edges of the scope.
This LPVO scope features an etched VEC-RAR reticle with a dot placed in the First Focal Plane (FFP), meaning the crosshair changes size with zoom. In practice, at 10x magnification, you’ll see a large crosshair with a small red dot in the center, and without magnification, you’ll see a ring resembling a collimator. Vertical and horizontal correction is in milradians (MRAD), where 1 click = 0.1 MRAD. The elevation turret has a Zero Reset function. Parallax correction is fixed at 100 yards (91.44 m). The rectification turret provides a quiet click for easy adjustment without turning away from the target. The adjustment mechanism is made of aerospace aluminum 7075 T6.
The turrets have a very low profile, allowing you to mount a collimator on top for situations where there’s no time to change magnification back. For example, using X-ACCU mount. All these elements are incorporated into a durable IP67-certified body, also made of aerospace aluminum 6061 T6, allowing the scope to withstand recoil up to 750G (tested even with .338 Lapua Magnum).
