SA-B13 “Sister of Mercy” Assault Rifle Replica

GF Custom Division is an idea born in the minds of Gunfire airsoft team. We wanted to offer you the highest quality replicas, modified and configured by us using only the best, proven parts and accessories. No element is here by an accident – these are the exact configurations the we would want to use in the field ourselves. In working on custom replicas helps us our many year airsoft experience, which means one could say that GF Custom Division is a project created by 100% players for players.

The base for this custom replica is the superb SA-B13 KeyMod 10” replica by Specna Arms, which was outfitted with following external parts:

–          G-Light B250 tactical flashlight with a power of 250 lumens, enclosed in a casing made from aircraft grade aluminum

–          BK2 slant flashlight mount by FMA

–          Micro T1 high quality reflex sight replica on a high raised mount

–          Speed Trigger CNC custom trigger by Retro Arms

–          Custom CNC fire mode selector by Retro Arms

–          Specter sound suppressor by FMA

–          New type angled forward grip + additional hand stoper

–          2 x RIS rail compatible with KeyMod

The replica has also underwent internal parts modifications. It was equipped with a Tornado brass, precision barrel with a diameter of 6,03 and a silicon Systema Hop-Up Bucking.

The stock gearbox of the replica was practically assembled from scratch by us – perfectly fitted, tightened and padded, which allows the replica to achieve very stable ~440 FPS. Following parts have also been equipped:

–          Reinforced piston with a set of steel gears

–          Bearing-mounted POM piston head

–          Tightened, aluminum nozzle

In order to have the replica ready for action straight out of the box, we have also included in the set a Electro River LiPo 7,4V 2000mAh battery located in the SF stock and a set of CR123 batteries for the flashlights.

Stock Replica Description:

SA-B13 assault rifle replica by Specna Arms was made in overwhelming part from uniform alloy of zinc and aluminum with the use of steel elements in the most vulnerable spots of the construction (therefore steel parts include: pins, screws as well as tactical sling swivels). The SF stock that stores a battery and the pistol grip were made from polymer. The body of the replica has undergone a process of anodizing, which guarantees high degree of protection against corrosion. The paint was applied during powder coating, after the surface has undergone sandblasting prior to that. Such a way of applying paint provides much higher than usual resistance of the applied paint to abrasion. The body bears USMC markings.

The replicas was very well fitted together – in a way that could be thus far only attributed to manufacturers such as G&P or Classic Army – and excellently balanced. This contributes to the replica’s ideal maneuverability, whereas its weight after it has rested on the users shoulder, is barely noticeable.

The replica features a fast spring exchange system,  so-called Enter & Convert™. It allows for rapid and smooth adjustment of the replicas powers to the predicted conditions on the battlefield,  without having an access to a workshop or having to use specialized tools. Once the gearbox has been removed from the body of the replica, the process of changing the spring lasts mere seconds.

The advantages of Enter & Convert™ are difficult to overestimate. In the light of common to the entire Europe tendency to apply legal limitations on muzzle velocity of replicas and regulations set by different groups in the field themselves, this system guarantees to the user wide possibilities and a large degree of freedom. Enter & Convert™ system allows with minimal time effort change the main spring, and what follows, adjust the muzzle velocity to a specific battlefield, in order to provide a perfect compromise between effectiveness of fire and own safety and that of other users.

The replica was modified to be fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. The reinforced around the cylinder head gearbox contains a steel spring slide, which is a part of Enter & Convert™ system as well as 8mm ball bearing mounted and padded steel gears. The system is secured with four anti-reversal latches. A type 2 cylinder, steel circuit breaker metal Hop-Up chamber have also been implemented.

The replica is equipped with a 22mm top RIS rail and an adjustable stock. The top RIS rail features metal flip-up iron sights, which can be freely removed in order to be replaced by optoelectronic aiming devices. A collapsible stock with an anti-slip texture finish stock pad allows for adjustment of the length of the replica to the user’s body type or preferences. A standard flash hider mounted on a 14mm left-hand thread can be easily replaced by a sound suppressor.

This model features a 10” long, modular KeyMod handguard. Additional, dedicated segments, e.g. RIS rails (KeyMod nuts) can be attached to the KeyMod set in a free position and free configuration, due to sockets placed around the handguard (KeyMod slots).

In order to further increase the realism during game, the replica is equipped with a operational bolt catch mechanism.

The set, apart from the replica, includes a steel hi-cap magazine with a capacity of up to 300 BBs. Its paint job corresponds to that of magazines meant for live firearms issued by armed forces.
