The CM16 LMG rifle replica by G&G was made as part of the Combat Machine project, the assumption of which is to provide high-quality replicas at a price that can be considered economic. Combat Machine replicas are characterized by the highest, characteristic for G&G, quality of workmanship and work culture as well as high quality of the materials used. The main factor that allows the price to be reduced is the use of a body made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic instead of metal.

The body, pistol grip, stock and RIS handguard in the M-LOK mounting system are made of plastic. The outer barrel, the muzzle device, the guide and smaller elements are made of metal.

The replica is ideal for mid-range support operations, due to the muzzle velocity of ~410 FPS. The top RIS rail used allows for the attachment of any optical sighting device, and the telescopic buttstock, which houses the battery, allows the replica to be adapted to the individual preferences of the user. The set includes a front grip with a bipod. The compact dimensions of the replica will certainly appeal to CQB players.

GB, in addition to the high-quality parts typical for G&G, has an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system installed. The system complements the role of the MOSFET system. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system gained an excellent response to the trigger. Each pull of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.

The ETU system has the ability to program fire modes. The user has access to SAFE – SEMI – modes and to choose FULL AUTO or 3-shot series. Programming is trivial – just set the selector to the SEMI position and hold the trigger pressed for 10 seconds. After this procedure, the selected mode will be activated on the third setting of the selector.

The set includes an electric box magazine holding 2500 BBs covered with a cover made of Cordura material in Multicam Black camouflage. It is powered by 2 AA batteries.
